Foods are very important and a basic need for the humankind. People survive also by eating what is consumable. But because of not minding what is placed on the plate or a container, sometimes it leads them to a disaster like having some foodborne illness. At some point in your life, you ate some bread and wondered why it tasted so weird and yucky. Your parent suddenly scolded you and later on, you were sent to the hospital because you were vomiting nonstop. An action must be done so that no life will extinguish because of this.

Food poisoning is an illness that a person gets after eating spoiled, toxic or contaminated meals. The feeling of having this is really uncomfortable and a reminder for you to be more careful about what you eat. The typical symptoms are vomiting, diarrhea and nausea.

So why not avoid yourself from going through that hell. Check your kitchen utensils and some equipment if it is dirty. Otherwise, pests and bacteria will feast on it. Proper storage on the refrigerator can also help like separating raw meats from vegetables and regularly clean it.

Even eating can lead you to something even more dangerous. One must not be careless at things. Otherwise, hell will await you. Maintaining cleanliness is an effective way to extinguish those hazards.
